DtP’s technicians are all Factory trained with additional training when updates and new equipment is released.
DtP keep instock spare parts for all the range of equipment from all suplliers and offer a next day or same day delivery. DtP offer a number of support contracts to suit the customer, including tailor made support contracts.
The range of support offered includes:
- 2 preventative maintenance visits per year
- 24 / 7 Telephone – online support
- Availabilty Silver – a technician is available to attend site Mon-Fri same day.
- Availability Gold – a technician is available to attend site 7 days a week
*including Public Holidays
