At DtP our aim is to provide a personal service on a national scale. Here is an introduction to the team:-
Trevor Darlington: Sales Director
Trevor is a time served electrician who has worked in the print industry since 1982 and as a technician on Krause pre-press equipment since 1985, before changing his role to head up the sales department for DtP in 2001.
Part of Trevor's job as sales director is to stay up to date with new CTP products and service concepts. “Changes in the CTP market can provide a constant challenge for printers and part of my job is to advise and deliver the right set up for each individual company – it's about realising that what's right for one business may not be right for another.”
Ian Phillips: Technical Services Director
Ian also has a long association with Krause and has worked as a technician with the Krause UK agent since 1984. His responsibilities include managing installation and service work in the UK and regular duties as an on-site technician.
David Corbridge: Company Secretary
David's background, after leaving the Royal Navy in 1969, was also as an electronics technician working offshore in the North Sea 's oil industry before joining the Krause UK agent in 1988 to operate the service/spare parts desk. David's responsibilities encompass customer service, managing of customer accounts and the purchase and distribution of spare parts. “Service is an integral part of the printing industry today and for a company that provides an ongoing service such as DtP the customer has to be reassured that their company's long-term success is as important to us as it is them.”
