At DTP we do not believe in a one size fits all approach to service. We offer service packages for all Krause, Haase and NELA equipment and all our packages are tailored to suit each customer individually. Below are just some of the options we can offer:

Technicians available on a 24hour phone-number to offer technical advice to customers technicians.

24 / 7 availability

Technicians available to attend site 24/7 at request of customer and despatch or deliver spares from our Parts-Centre.

All our on-call technicians are trained on the complete system: Imaging, Plate-processing, Punch-Bending equipment so whatever the problem we can get you back in production in minimum time.

 Fixed response times

Response times can be fixed in advance to give added peace of mind.

 Preventative Maintenance Visits

To keep your equipment in the best condition:

-maintain accuracy

-maintain high QC tolerances

-reduce downtime

we recommend a regular maintenance and health-check carried out by one of our Technicians.

We can offer maintenance visits on a Monthly, Quarterly, six-monthly basis whatever you require.
